Description: The multifunctional complex GORA – Green Offices and Residential Apartments is situated on a total area of 16,536 m2, on 4 Filip Kutev Street. It is planned to construct 4 free-standing buildings. The office building is located in the northern part of the property, with a planned ground floor, six floors, and an attic level. Commercial areas, exhibition halls, and public service zones are planned on the ground and first floors. The subsequent floors will be occupied by Class A offices. The other 4 buildings, located in the southern part of the plot, have a ground floor, three, four, and five floors, as well as attic levels. 62 dwellings are planned in them.
